Nuvolo Founded

Nuvolo is founded by Tom Stanford as a ServiceNow development and implementation company.

2013-2016

First Solutions Launched

Nuvolo launches its first set of solutions for Clinical Asset Management, Lab Instrument Asset Management, and Facilities Service Management.

2017

Series A

Led by GE Ventures with NEA and ServiceNow Ventures, Nuvolo raises $10M.

2019

Platform Partner of the Year

Nuvolo is recognized by ServiceNow as the Americas App Development Platform Partner of the Year.

2020

Connected Workplace Launched

After achieving 40%+ YoY growth, Nuvolo launches the Connected Workplace brand.

2021

Series C

Led by Insight Partners with NEA and Kaiser Permanente Ventures, Nuvolo raises $31M.

2023

Acquired by Trane Technologies

Nuvolo is acquired by Trane Technologies, joining their Digital Solutions organization.

2026

Named a 2026 ServiceNow Partner of the Year

Nuvolo once again received recognition from ServiceNow being named the 2026 ServiceNow Store Partner of the Year Award for the Americas region.
